Your escalation is parked

Have you ever in your life heard anything more preposterous in your life. My name is Kevin and I am an Internet addict. telkom is certainly not helping my addiction, see our ADSL line at home goes down @ least once a month. Thanx Telkom! We call, they fix, it goes down again, we call they fix and it goes down again, this is a vicious cycle. This time however is different, we call, and call, and call, and escalate – and now – the escalation is parked due to the work load in the area. F&*%&% is that not the most unfriendly, non customer related response you have ever heard in your life? Man it is just crap, yes it has been 5 days and it is annoying the hell out of me.
